Fabric: Please clean the upholstery at least once a month by using a vacuum cleaner with a nozzle at low speed or brush in the direction of the fabric by using a soft brush.
Stain removal: Stains are best removed using a fabric cleaner. Please test the colour fastness on a hidden section of the upholstery first. Thereafter, please follow the product's cleaning instructions. Please do not apply the cleaning product direct onto the upholstery, use a cloth. Please clean stains as soon as possible and from outside to the inside. Please do not apply too much pressure as it might change the surface of the upholstery. If the stain is beyond cleaning, please contact us and we can provide a reupholstery service.
Leather: Leather is a natural product and wrinkles will occur naturally over time due to tension. It should be wiped regularly with a damp cloth. Do not use chemicals, detergents etc and please protect it from direct sunlight.
Synthetic Leather / PVC / PU / Vinyl: Apart from its appearance, synthetic leather has no other characteristics in common with real leather. Please clean it with a damp cloth and pat dry. Do not rub or use chemicals.
Laminates: Please use a damp cloth and a mild liquid detergent or household cleaner and rinse with clean water, using a cloth. Do not flood the laminate, especially near seams, since water can penetrate and cause the substrate to swell. Dry the surface with a cloth.
Veneer: Please dust with a soft cloth. A damp cloth can be used but any excess water must be removed immediately. Avoid dragging objects on the surface as this will result in scratching. Please avoid chemicals and strong detergents.
Chromed Steel: Chromed steel is strictly for interior use only. Please use rubbing alcohol or baby oil on a clean cloth to remove grime. Please use a chrome cleaner to polish.
Stainless Steel: Regular cleaning using warm water with or without a gentle detergent is sufficient. Mild stains can be removed with stainless steel cleaning products.
